Lykke’s Background
Lykke Leszczynski, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), gained a broad range of business essential skills and expertise during her time in senior management as Director of HR and Corporate Services, Business Development and Marketing, and in operations management, mainly within education and mental health organisations in the not-for-profit- sector. She also gained experience in warehousing, logistics and sales.
Passionate about people and what coaching, mentoring and strategic development can do for individuals and organisations, supporting organisations and individuals to reach their potential and improving the quality of life and business performance.

Lykke is of Danish origin, multi-lingual and has lived and worked in Denmark, Switzerland and the UK.
